Miami Shores (9531 NE 2nd Ave): A lifters paradise with a full line up of Arsenal Strength, Gymleco and Atlantis equipment, specialty accessories and a designated room to train legs. VIV8 recovery available for members and non-members, includes sauna, cold plunge and Normatec compression system.
North Miami (12860 Biscayne Blvd): Our North Miami location at the Publix Plaza offers unique equipment such as Nebula, Arsenal, King Fitness and more. This gym levels up the “old school” experience with a taste of new school.
Boca Raton (141 NW 20th St): Our Palm Beach gym has hand picked equipment from Panatta, Hammer Strength, Watson, Life Fitness, Gymleco and more. Designed for an efficient workout whether you’re an athlete or someone who just loves to train!
South Beach (1860 West Ave): A gem in Sunset Harbour! Well equipped is an understatement and offers an add-on recovery service available to members and non-members.
